Why does it seem to be socially acceptable to hate white people?

Hugh? I’m a minority and the last thing I believe to be socially acceptable is to “hate” white people. But I don’t believe in hatred in general, except hating evil actions regardless of whomever performs them—that’s what is worthy of anger/hatred.
