@jetpack We had 2 of those microburst storms within a year, the second was very destructive...had to replace roof and fence. Did you get any damages?

@cherokeepatti home is undamaged. Just trees got hurt. I lost 20 feet of the top of my beloved basswood tree. This is its 3rd time getting hit. It was lightening last year and more storm damage two years ago. I may have it taken down. Shame because it shades and protects the house on that side

@jetpack It was so bad here that they had to collect the branches and burn them in an open field that the city owned...collected them for a couple of months, too many to chop up for compost.

@nahright09 We had a lot of mosquitoes too but haven’t been bothered in the last 3 weeks.

@cherokeepatti mosquitoes are pretty bad here...was out gardening around the middle of last week, ended up with 7 bites on one leg, 3 on my butt!

@nahright09 I’ve got some natural oil spray but mostly avoid going out when they are thick. It does work though.

@MethDozer yes it is...put my parakeets and canaries out in the sunroom about an hour ago and every parakeet said Thank you except for Kiwi, she kept saying “Really???”
