The ENTIRE nation? ALL of Bulgaria?! Wooooooww.....the entire nation of Bulgaria has been hacked. I dont know how to feel about that. Was the hacker(s) that skilled, or the governments database that easy? Either way....the whole nation....sheeyit

It's not much different to any other hack, just that this database was governmental and so had national records. Expect this kind of thing to hit the headlines more often as time passes.
