Can you grill buffalo wings? Instead of frying them with flour? Will they taste good?

I'm making 100 buffalo wings and I don't wanna dry them because that's going to take a lot of time. It would be easier to grill but if frying them is better, I may fry them.

@Southseachick Chicken wings (do not use the tip section)---cut at the joint to create two seperate pieces of one wing. Grill them over charcoal.......then when done and there is a light char to them--toss them with a mixture of hot sauce and butter..........eat.
