What's the title given to people who posts photos on instagram (social media) but as in their own works with maybe captions??

I am wondering because people who do writing are writers, who take photographs are photographers...but what about those who take photos and edit with captions, or create their own photos/artworks...and then they post/share on social media?

I mean, what is their title?
Photo Editor? Photo Taker? Captionist?
