What do you think is the biggest disadvantage of living in an apartment?

For me it'd have to be the fact that I can hear everything the people on the balcony in the next apartment are saying when they're partying on Friday and Saturday nights, even with the windows shut. The apartments are built so close together that it's like people all have climbed directly outside my bedroom window to smoke.
