what do you think of volunteering? is it worth it?

what do you think of volunteering? is it worth it if you are trying to make friends from volunteering? I enjoyed volunteering at the library when i lived somewhere else and now i cant find a place thats worth the money to volunteer they all require background checks which i have to pay for. or i have to pay for parking because its in the city. I volunteered at ah hospital and hated it, everyone would yell at me i would get very lost and i just felt completely sick to my stomach.

awww, its not right of them to make you pay for their required backround checks. I do not agree at all with that. I admit city parking is sadly a costly affair if you need to use the system on a daily basis! I am not sure why they yelled at you at the hospital, that sounds VERY unfair to me Miss. Im so sorry ... here's a 🌈 for you to make your day better
