What makes a person a troll?
Someone called me a "twisted troll" for being abrasive in my opinion about something. I'm not sure if he really knows the meaning of "troll". I feel like people use the word too freely every now and then.

I think if someone is out to deliberately antagonize people, they're a troll. If they come here just to piss people off and say "shocking" things, they're a troll.
But yes, people here often use "troll" to mean "person I disagree with" or "person who won the argument". Sometimes when I win an argument I get called a "liar" (whatever that even means. Not sure what I'm supposed to be lying about). It's the same type of thing. It's a deflection.
