look for ...
(a) a tiny screw at the bottom
(b) the possibility that it will twist off in one direction or the other
(c) the possibility that will lift straight up
(d) look for an images on google in hope of learning the manufacturer's name and go to their website in hope of finding installation/removal information.

Look directly under it. There should be a recessed set screw under the base against the wall. .

underneath, most likely a very small allen key will do the job

Twist it anti clockwise 👍️

At the very bottom there could be either an allen screw or a screw for flat-headed screwdriver. Sometimes they could just be snapped on the wall mounting bracket.

It might be a simple lift up from a hidden bracket screwed into the wall under the base.

Set screw on bottom

The disk part on the wall will probably twist off. Just a guess. Underneath that will be the actual base plate that screws into the wall.
If not you can just tear the sucker out of the wall, repair the hole, repaint the patch, etc.

Check for a tiny screw underneath
Keepitsimple · 56-60, F
Sometimes they just slide up and off or check underneath like Deg said for a screw.
You're gunne need a crowbar 🤔

There is probably a allen wrench screw on the bottom you have to loosen
Check underneath....a teeny set screw. Loosen that then you can pull it off.
Check the underside for a tiny set screw
