Can a landlord evict a tenant for gossiping?

When Chloe and I returned from the park today, the landlord had taped notices to every door in the complex.,A couple of minor housekeeping matters were included, but the main topic was that gossip among/about tenants would not be tolerated and miscreants would be ‘asked to leave.’

I have plenty of faults but gossip-mongering isn't one of them. First, I have short-term memory loss so I can’t remember rumors long enough to repeat them and second, managing my own behavior is a full-time job. Everybody else is on their own.

But it made me wonder - is it possible that’s legitimate grounds for eviction?

@Mamapolo2016 You really have to check your bylaws. For example - that is exactly the opposite of how it works here.

Depends on your local and state laws, I imagine.
