No new pregnancies. Childbirth is banned until 1) we figure out how to care for all the children who already exist and don't have care, and 2) we figure out how to grow a fetus from conception to full term inside an artificial uterus.

@Imtrying no! Between the boomers dying off and the numbers of young people who won't be breeding plus the singularity which fast approaches we will be fine.
