I just cant believe it

That i have been to more places, seen more things, had more experiences, and know more about how the real world works than a 75 year old man. Its mind boggling that this man has never ever left the state! Hes lived in the same town his entire life. He knows nothing of the outside world. The only thing that comes to mind when i think about this is “age does not equate experience, or knowledge” as far as i know, he has never experienced a loved one commit suicide. How!? How can someone live so sheltered for so long!?
