Core workouts?

My tailbone is really sore, i cannot do any sit ups right now. I want to workout my core though. I tried my hand at Dragon flags but i could literally only do one. Im so weak. Anyone know anything i could do that would bypass me being on my tailbone?

Plank. If you’re super good at them, integrate rotational movement.

core workouts? Or ab workouts?

Yes, i did. Sorry for not clarifying. When i saw him doing dragon flags on an inclined bench i lost my shit. But yeah, im focusing on calisthenics, plyometrics, and cardio until i can get down to my ideal physique. I wanted to get down to 160 pounds but that still might not give me the body i want. So i was just going to train till i was happy with how i looked. I know i need to rest at some point, and i know that recovering will help more, faster. But every single day i do something. I have not rested from a workout in weeks. Every day. Maybe i should just take the entire day off tomorrow. Feels like a waste. @User41

don’t over do it.

Because A. In the long run working out that much isn’t realistic. That’s how heavy people that loose a lot of weight fast gain it all back.

And B. You don’t get stronger while working out. You get stronger AFTER your work outs. While resting.

If your that determined (which is a good thing) look up yoga, stretching cold water treatment prehab workouts and rolling out so you recover faster an can get more out of the gym the next day.
