Do you know another language and if so do you deal with the same struggle that I deal with

I know 6 languages. And sometimes when I can’t think of a word in the language I’m speaking in I use the other languages I know to say/describe the word. I also deal with ppl that talk about me in one of the languages I know not knowing that I understand them and when I make a comment back to them in their language they look shocked lol
