Why did i run angry?
Not only did i exhaust myself quickly and caused my overall time to be slower, my stomach is now burning terribly and i feel like throwing up. On top of that i do not think i have it in me for an insanity now

I too get intense stomach pains when I’m in a heightened angry state and do something strenuous... it also greatly deminishes my appetite and I have had to lay down on the floor in the fetal position for an hour or more
