My recovery is off the charts

Compared to my past self, anyways. I work a 8 hour shift, before going for a 6.5km run. Its enough to drain me to the point i can barely walk, and my whole body is sore. By this point its about 8am and i still cant sleep for another 7 hours. When that time comes around i am so sleepy my brain doesnt want to work properly. I collapse in the bed and pass out. I wake up 3 and a half hours later feeling like a million bucks, i get dressed and go to work. Repeat. Every day i think “i need a break from running today” then when i get off work i cant not run. I feel like i didnt even run yesterday. No soreness. Yesterday when i ran, I was 7 minutes faster than the day before. I wonder how much faster ill be today
