When shit is getting hot and heavy, an old woman knocks on your car window to ask you if you can help her with her car, since it won't start up. You're embarrassed, but figure that she probably didn't notice that you were having an intimate moment with your girl or whatever. You step out of the car and walk up to her. When you open up the hood of her car, you're attacked by some sort of black goo that jumps out onto your face. You scream.
