Why do some older people on here feel the need to use age as an excuse to gain superiority over younger people?

@User41 Kind of demonstrates the point. Why can't we say there's good and bad in all ages, rather than say that you've decided everyone of a certain age is without intelligence? You need to learn the word "some". The young person who posted this knows it. Why don't you?
