I am always ready

I have shifts at 6am to get a couple of kids with disabilities ready for school... it takes me 15 minutes. I shower the night before...
Wake up brush teeth, wash up, do hair, put jeans and shirt on. Grab something to eat and drink and out the door. I refuse to dress up for a shift where I am changing diapers.

@MissMollyCharlotte0702 I love to shower the night before and cut back on what I have to do the next morning!
I hate going to bed without a shower@skmokisses
skmokisses · 46-50, F
@MissMollyCharlotte0702 Yeah....something about that clean feeling when you get into bed 🥰

sometimes 20 minutes, other times an hour and a half.
skmokisses · 46-50, F
@SW-User That's quite a big difference, assume it's a difference in routine. 🤪
4meAndyou · F
Three hours. It takes me that long to wake up enough so that it's safe for me to drive. But I also air dry my hair, and it takes three hours to dry.
skmokisses · 46-50, F
@4meAndyou You must get up really early, 3 hours seems like a long time! 😳
4meAndyou · F
@skmokisses It is. When I was commuting to Boston or Braintree, I had to get up at 5:30 a.m. to allow myself that wake up time and make work by 10 a.m.

One hour but that includes shower, breakfast and time to play with the dog
Newfound · 41-45, M
There’s no debating that one.
@skmokisses
skmokisses · 46-50, F
@Newfound Aww.....cutie-pa-tootie! 😍
Newfound · 41-45, M
Thanks@skmokisses

@skmokisses
Honestly I normally have 2 half cups because I forgot the first one. 🤤
skmokisses · 46-50, F
@Pfuzylogic LOL......and then later wondering why there is a 1/2 cup sitting over there 🤔
Pfuzylogic · M
@skmokisses It will provoke my memory when I see it. Then I need to decide whether to finish the previous cup or not!
SW-User
Well, if I didn’t chill and have coffee then run the 2 miles with my dog in the mornings.... maybe 20 minutes
skmokisses · 46-50, F
@SW-User Can I have some of that energy first thing in the morning?!?!?!?!😵
SW-User
@skmokisses absofreakinglutely!!
SW-User
It might be 40 minutes. But that includes a quick dog walk, feeding the dog, and making lunch for the kid.
skmokisses · 46-50, F
@SW-User Dang, that’s a lot going on in 40 minutes 😵
GirlSerendipity · 26-30, F
i can do it in 20 mins if i really push and have everything prepped the night before . . . usually more like 90 mins though
AnarchoMetalchic · 36-40
Including my shower, letting the dogs out etc., about 2 hours 20 mins.
skmokisses · 46-50, F
@AnarchoMetalchic 2 hours seems to be a pretty popular answer thus far.
AnarchoMetalchic · 36-40
@skmokisses That honestly surprises me. lol Everyone tells me I take forever!
firefall · 61-69, M
normally 40 minutes, including 15 min sitting and reading over coffee. In an emergency, 90 seconds.
DoOverMan · 46-50, M
About an hour, by the time I get the kids ready for the day.
skmokisses · 46-50, F
@DoOverMan I remember those day....always took me longer to get them ready than it did myself.
Lynn1976 · 46-50, F
I am very good at it even though it kills some mornings.
Leftyss · 56-60, M
skmokisses · 46-50, F
@Leftyss LOL...do you sleep in your clothes?? How is 6 minutes possible? I spend close to that brushing and flossing my teeth 🤪
Leftyss · 56-60, M
Whip pjs off dress...brush teeth. Mouthwash. Run water thru buzzed hair... go fill coffee. And GOOOOO @skmokisses
skmokisses · 46-50, F
@Leftyss Speedy Leftyss ⚡️
abooklover · 56-60, F
20-40 minutes
skmokisses · 46-50, F
@abooklover I can usually do anywhere from 30-45 minutes
abooklover · 56-60, F
@skmokisses Not bad.
2 hours at least
Virgo79 · 61-69, M
