Depends on what their crime was, I'm not going to feel sorry if a serial killer gets killed while fleeing the cops, but I would feel bad if a jaywalker gets hurt.

Not if they're actually criminals or armed. The unarmed people who don't run and end up getting shot by police are the ones I wonder about.
