Have you ever replied to a different post than the one you meant to?

I have! It doesn't make sense , it sounds bad and is like trolling 😔. I feel bad for the poster and just figured it out on my own . What should I do?
Delete it or leave it ? It was few days ago and I wasn't corrected or asked what I am on about lol 🙈
