@FlowersInHerHair Normally I would agree! I did try the elf brand of primer with tea tree oil in it, and though I do love the brand for its savings, (especially the contouring kit,) it didn't work for me. It felt too wet, almost slimy.
L'Oréal has a primer that's like 11-14 bucks. It makes a difference, but since you're just exploring makeup and making strides there, it's not that big of a deal. At all. Me, I save up for Estée Lauder foundation even though I use ELF powder (under $10) unless I shop Estée Lauder foundation when they're giving gifts to buyers. DoubleWear will be my forever foundation unless RuPaul comes up with something better! Er, pardon me. I had a dream he did last night. But then, I was homeless, shopping in his epic store, hoping for a place to sleep. Sad dreams.
