@Awfullybrave You would think...wouldn't you? However, some numb skull in the world will argue the point, and suggest that there is some alternative to water. I'm not saying they're right, I'm only pointing out that they would disagree just to disagree. Of course there are things we SHOULD all agree on, but again, you should be able to walk across the street in a cross walk without getting hit by a truck, but there's no guarantees. ;)
