How tight is too tight? Is there a such thing as wearing your jeans too tight?

I wonder how some women are even able to breathe. Their jeans are so tight, you can see the imprint of their panties.

Ergo the invention/creation of the "muffin top"...though you won't find too many guys who will complain about them being too tight. Conversely, men tend to wear them too loose!...the loose-fit jean was the worst thing ever invented! But that's another discussion for another time!....
