It's probably not deep, it's probably stubborn. This means you need a corrosive acid or to sand it which will destroy the tiling. In other words, you need to replace it.

@ISpeakTheTruth If it is metal tiling, then hydro chloric acid removes rust. Just be sure to read up on it before using it. I can be dangerous.
