Even the animals sense my pain

I dont know whats wrong with me. It just seems like my pores open up and bleed. All my limbs are constantly burning. My left arm is damaged from my constant scratching. It doesnt even feel like skin anymore. It feels like scaled. Lizard skin. Probably my body trying to thicken the hide in an effort to protect from the nonstop raking of my nails. This has been happening for 2 months now and it has gotten so bad. It started on my left elbow and spread all over my arm, eventually making its way to my other arm, and then my legs. Its continuing to spread. Its everywhere but my torso and head now. Always burning, always itching, sometimes bleeding. Showering is hell, drying is worse. Ill even rub alcohol all over. It burns so bad for a minute. Then goes back to itching. I go in to work at the doggie daycare and all of them want to lick my arms in legs in an effort to heal them. One dog is even sniffing my legs and whining at me. Yes baby, i know. Too bad going to the doctor would cost an arm or leg...or two. It defeats the purpose of going! Haha!
