@ShadowOfMyself raw food is good for you, saved from boiling out all the good stuff.. One of my favourites is onion soup, it literally is just onions and garlic cooked down really slow in a lil oil and then i add water and let it simmer for an hour so... You inspired me to put that on the menu for tmoro 👍️
