Turning a weakness into a strength

Ive been diagnosed with insomnia. I have had it for as long as i can remember. (For now) i have two full time jobs. One overnight. I hardly get more than 6 hours a night, i wake up multiple times, and the nightmares can be truly terrifying. I work all night long now. Five nights a week. I take a nap when i get home, work most the day, and take another nap. Repeat. The second best part about all this is that when i try to sleep i can actually do it. The best thing is the money. Obviously. Im not even tired all the time, like you would expect. The opposite is true

Ive been 5’9 and 265 pound since i was 15. I am now 26 and i am around 200. I started losing weight at the last week of march. I used to eat around 6,000 calories a day and now i barely break 1,000. Sometimes i dont even do half that in a day. I workout every chance i get. Insanity. Its got to the point i have started doing two, back to back. Im the strongest i have ever been. The thinnest i have ever been. I can actually see muscles when i look in the mirror @ShaythePanTransMan

@ShadowOfMyself Wow, that’s good! But you know...rest too.

@ShaythePanTransMan i know. Goku said the same thing. Rest is more important than training. I rest a day or two out of the week. Theres a recovery disc in the Insanity set. That really helps. I hate the circumstances that pushed me to this point, but im in a good spot now. For now, at least.
