@MichaelT 5*5=25/2=12.5, unless of course this person simple wants us to round the number up multiplying by 5 and halving it wouldn't give us the exact figure. Little nit picky i know but thought i'd just point it out.
@Aiminna There are multiple ways in which one could look at this. Originally I wanted to look at the number, if it is odd then multiply by 5 and add 1, if it is even, just divide by two. There is an interesting problem which is called Collatz conjecture, that deals with a similar problem (it is time 3 instead of 5), which is actually very hard. Just FYI :)
