The more rules there are, the more one wants to break them?

Ever since I was I teen I felt rules were bullying. The more stupid rules that are passed the more I want to break them.

Most rules are not to bully but to stop the bullies. Most rules bring discipline. For ypy breaking rules may be fun, but for others your fun might bring peril..I mean, imagine if there were no rules to criminilze fast driving on a public road how badder situation would get than the situation which already exists.
