You can train yourself to like it. Fake it till you make it

I was literally about to say something along the lines of “im sick and tired of eating celery” but i noticed something....i find it sweet now. I am currently munching on celery thinking to myself “this isnt as bad as before” same stalk, same batch. I must have acquired the taste. Like coffee. I heard of a man who was shipwrecked at sea and he had to survive by eating the eyes and liver of fish (i cant remember why) and he said that after awhile he was enjoying it. Same goes for the body. I used to not be able to touch my toes and now its the first thing i do in the morning. I workout because i like to now. I used to hate breaking a sweat.

Its so fatty though! Defeats the purpose of eating celery@JaggedLittlePill

@ShadowOfMyself no it does not. Not in moderation, as with all things. It is a great source of protein...which you should be consuming daily..especially after working out.

Doing a thing is great. Doing a thing right is entirely different.

Its almost 200 calories per serving whatdoyoumean?? I prefer fish for after workout meals. They are damn near 100 percent protein with next to no fat or calories. @JaggedLittlePill
