This is some good mental health advice, do you agree?

Being surrounded by assholes can be quite depressing, and can also harm one's self-esteem. But I would agree that before one can even begin to treat depression and low self-esteem, one needs to remove the root causes, or at least point them out if they can't be escaped just yet.
