Can you think of a religion that has a female founder or chief deity?

Isis (Egyptian) is all I can think of.

In a wide collection of related mythologies, from Greek to Scandinavian, there were some "women", witches (Moirai, Nornas), typically three, that "made" the fate of both, humans and Gods.
