Can you think of a religion that has a female founder or chief deity?

Isis (Egyptian) is all I can think of.

It was my belief that Amun-Ra was the chief deity of the Egyptian pantheon

I do think that over time Isis absorbed a lot of other minor Goddesses and took over their duties, making her one of the more powerful gods
