Isis (Egyptian) is all I can think of.

Tiamat is the Primordial Dragon Goddess who is the mother of her own Demon-Gods and she slain her male counterpart Abzu to gain full power. She is the embodiment of chaos.

No. This is from the Grimoires of Tiamat but I am aware they created a Dungeons and Dragons character after her for some reason. She is a *real* Goddess. I personally play no video games.
