What does Intrusive thoughts mean?
I have read that term in regards to ptsd or childhood trauma but does anyone know what it means? I prob know but just wanna see others wording for it.

negative thoughts that intrude your mind out of nowhere or from a mild trigger, then you stop doing whatever you were doing and then focus on that negative thought as if you were reliving it and then more thoughts come and you start to pace around the room getting anxiety and thinking you are the worst human in the world.
