Do you have fears, or are you fearless?

Personally, I am the latter. I believe that fear is a false belief and you can modify your behavior to be the same.

@Grateful4you The Gift of Fear by Gavin de Becker is an excellent book. Sounds like you already trust your fears as your natural instincts to keep you safe. Trusting it frees us from worry and anxiety for our safety.
@morrgin Of course, "Fright or flight" is a given. I'm talking about fears that have nothing to do with health or safety. For instance, if the economy collapses, I need to be fearless for those I love. (even those I don't love) remember, FDR, once said, "The only thing we have to fear, is fear itself"
@morrgin I have that book and it’s indeed excellent.
