Fear is a choice. Just like everything in life. Learning how to consistently choose to be courageous especially in the face of adversity is what we should strive for.

I have fears, but I'm learning to conquer them. :)
@thepreposterouspanda Great to hear, I just started 4 months ago and very close to achieving the goal. Keep at it my friend😀

fears. lots of fears. i just checked my doors 3x.
@morrgin Of course, "Fright or flight" is a given. I'm talking about fears that have nothing to do with health or safety. For instance, if the economy collapses, I need to be fearless for those I love. (even those I don't love) remember, FDR, once said, "The only thing we have to fear, is fear itself"
@morrgin I have that book and it’s indeed excellent.

I am crippled by it :(
I believe some fears are an understanding of life based upon experience. I’m a mature woman alone and my fears keep me safe.
@bijouxbroussard Of course, I can understand that, as a man, I feel a sense of protectiveness of the people I love, that of course includes you my long time friend.🥰
