All the time... especially if it was something good that ended. :(

@thinkbigaboutlife I know the feeling. Story of my life. Sometimes better things replace them though, which is nice.
@E4Effort in my mind, it's like "nice things should not be replaced. They should just 'continue'.... and new things added... :/

Wouldn't that be better instead of losing some, gaining some?

@thinkbigaboutlife At least for me, life is kind of like a video game where you level up and get new gear to put you where you are at that stage of life. You can't have Level 1 skills at Level 20, y'know? I do understand though, being as I miss a lot from when I was a kid

@thinkbigaboutlife What have you lost?
hmm, good relationships that were not meant to be, or friends through death because of disease, age; or losing friends due to them having to move away; death of my dad; good trips that ended; childhood memories (yeah, that one's a given: one cannot remain a child forever); even a conversation or event(s) that ruined a good friendship; etc.

@thinkbigaboutlife Do you mind if we PM? You seem to have a vast story.
how come my profile is blocked from seeing your profile but I can still see you on this post?
sure.
Are you a man or woman?

I have to go to work now, and this site I can't access it from work, but I'll check my messages later.

Enjoy your day, or evening, depending where you are in the world. :)
