Don't you wonder that you're just a tiny speck in this whole wide universe with your own miniscule problems that don't even affect the greater good?

No I live in my own bubble. I think my problems will bring about the end of this world as we know it.

Not all personal problems are miniscule and it doesn't matter if it affects the greater good. I think individually not globally.

Not as much as I used to. Bad decisions put me on a path which I hadn't intended to take and now I'm a 'conforming citizen', with a rather arbitrary and unimportant job. But such is life, and I've nobody to blame other than myself.

I wanted to push the boundaries of scientific knowledge. I used to live and breathe maths and physics; it wouldn't be an exaggeration to say I was in love with the universe. Part of me still is, but I'm too wrapped up in my present life to pursue those dreams for now.
