@Nimbus my father , before I wised up and stayed out of the house , poured hot coffee on me constantly as torture or punishment for some perceived wrong doing on my part .., that and the cigarette burns on my back are what I feel every time I have a bad nightmare ... the smell makes me react in a very unfavorable way ... it’s silly now but it’s very real and I can’t stop my reaction

@Nimbus nah ... it never goes away ... the gift of ptsd ... I’m more rational now and vent the stress with martial arts ( 21 years) and self defense classes ( pistol, shot gun, rifle ) 🤷🏻‍♀️
