BE ADVISED: Even though they are not labeled as diet drinks, bottled LIPTON TEA contains ARTIFICIAL SWEETENERS.

Many people's bodies are extremely sensitive to these vile chemicals. I experienced a very dangerous situation while driving yesterday, after unknowingly drinking one of their tea products containing ACESULFAME. Not until I read all of the ingredients, did I realize that it contained the artificial sweetener. I am consulting with my attorney later this week to explore my legal options after the company failed to respond to my email requesting comment.

If they are using an ingredient that many people are sensitive too, shouldn't they label it somehow or write it in bigger letters?
Good job on taking them to court, I hope it'll be useful
@Melpomene I don't know if it is going to make any difference, but they do need to be held accountable for this negligence.

How long did you e-mail them?
@MrBrownstone Yesterday. A prompt response would have been appropriate.

@DraytonSawyer I understand. But they get hundreds of e-mails a day.
@MrBrownstone Then they need to hire more people to answer them. Twenty-four hours is more than long enough to issue a response.
