People who repeat themselves over and over, forget their thought mid-sentence, can't open their eyes fully, laugh too long at things that aren't that funny, and they seem to be very thirsty.

@DreamyCrush well I hope you don't feel the need to condemn someone that feels happy when they smoke, although I can appreciate that you may not wish to to be reliant of weed for them to be happy. It's there to teach them how to relax.

@JovialPlutonian I'm not condemning anyone for their marijuana use. That's their choice, not mine. If I took issue with it, I wouldn't be around them.
