1. Blow out these candles
2. Turn the music off
3. Take a hot shower
4. Use my new toy 😈
5. Fall asleep.

Take a bubble bath....add more candles...play some oldies on low volume
Have a glass of wine or something and whine down nice and mellow... then hit the bed with that toy thing and do ur thing... sleep well!
