I am worried i will never be happy again.

I'm also curious. Like people think we wake up in the morning like "oh boy! You know what sounds great?? Let's be depressed and miserable!"

Attitude is a choice, happiness is not. You can pretend to be outwardly happy all you want but the truth of the matter is when you FEEL happy. Happiness is also not solely dependant on yourself alone. Humans need other people. The idea that we do not is an idea born of bad advice and inspirational internet memes.
