Why don't terrorists target only other terrorists?

@Callmyname ofcourse its for publicity. they have to show their power by means of blood of innocents..And later it becomes a marketing for weapons deal.. You still believe terrorists manufacture their own high tech weapons ??

@Callmyname imagine for example..if no one buys a weapon then who's gonna use all those high tech stuffs..Syria war is a real example for that.. business of US and Russia.I hear many real stories from syrian nationalities where i live
