Any brilliant remedies for mouth ulcers?

I have a huge painful one on the roof of my mouth I've tried bonjela, anbesol (which is like straight lidocaine) and salt. All help a little but it's just not budging 😭

Mouth ulcers are an indication of something missing in your diet. Go see a doc for medication to shift the current one... or a chemist.
