only some user's posts appear

for some reason, when opening many user's pages their posts dont appear entirely.
for example, a user has 100 posts. but only the first page (first 20) are accessibly. the next page is blank. this is happening with many user's pages.
does anyone know what is going on, or how to fix this?

if that were the case, how come i see some post, instead of all being blocked. the thing is, as of last week this wasn't happening, so i wonder whether it can be that people blocked me (everyone at once?)
lets say its a filter problem- does anyone know how to work the filter settings?

@Tango1 I can only say that there will be a lot of blockers and more that are rude. But please don't let them bother you. You will find many sympathetic souls here as well.
