Is 19 year old female a girl or a woman?

I think still a girl cause I am not so mature yet.

Out of fairness I just asked my wife for a woman's take on this, and she reckons that "when you've lost five night sleep in a row for the 20'th time over a baby teething something miraculous happens and you kill the baby or become a REAL woman". :-)
