Extended jail time at the least, or death sentence, but it depends on the factors involved.
"A person killed 3 of their kids" is a pretty damning statement yet it just isn't telling the whole story

@ForgottenLore37 the kids were 3,4, and 7. they probably whined alot and made alot of messes.
